Resignation of Director

Jadar Resources Limited ( ASX:JDR ) (“ Jadar ”, the “ Company ”) advises that Mr. Nicholas Sage has resigned as Non-Executive Director of Jadar with immediate effect to focus on his other business interests.

Mr. Sage has provided tremendous support for the Company to grow its operations. The Board expresses its gratitude to him for his services and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

Non-executive Chairman Luke Martino commented, “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mr. Sage for his significant contribution and continued support of the strategy to expand Jadar, both in the number of licenses held and the diversification of its focus on gold and lithium-borate exploration”.
