BOARD & MANAGEMENT

Jadar Lithium Limited (ASX: JDR ) ( Jadar Lithium or the Company ) advises that Mr. Michael Davy will step down as Non Executive Director of Jadar Lithium. Mr. Davy has been instrumental to the Company’s growth, providing his advisory experience which he has gained on a number of resource acquisitions for numerous ASX listed companies.

Mr Luke Martino, Non-Executive Chairman commented:

“ On behalf of the Board we would like to thank Mr. Davy for his significant contribution and continued support of the strategy to expand the license holding of Jadar Lithium and to explore those permits currently held .”

The Board will evaluate the requirement for further changes to support the Company’s growth and development going forward.
