2024 Annual General Meeting
EV Resources Limited (ASX:EVR) (“ EVR , the “ Company ”) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2024 will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting, including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, will be released to shareholders shortly.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at: www.evresources.com.au.
The Company further advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5.00pm on Tuesday, 29 October 2024.
Nominations for the election of director must be received at the registered office of the Company by that date.
