2020 Annual General Meeting
Jadar Resources Limited (ASX: JDR ) (“ Jadar ” or “ the Company ”) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 will be held on Thursday, 26 November 2020.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting, including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, will be released to shareholders in early October 2020.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at: www. jadar .com.au.
The Company further advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Thursday, 8 October 2020. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
