The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Significant Increase in EUWAX Broker AG’s Subscribed Capital EUWAX Broker AG has obtained liquid assets of totally tsd. EUR 11,534 in the wake of a contingent capital increase. The capital increase has been registered in the Register of Companies on October 27th 1999 end finally ended on October 18th, 2002. Of the 1,400,000 issued warrants 1,098,500 were ultimately exercised, whereas 871,778 were exercised in October 2002 alone. Consequently, until October 18th 2002 the subscribed capital has increased by additional 20.3% in October to tsd. EUR 5,150. During the whole exercise period tsd. EUR 10,436 were allocated to the capital reserves. Currently the company assumes that forecasted earnings per share for the business year 2002 will decrease to EUR 1.31 per share due to the dilution effect of the capital increase.
