The appointment will be effective from the 1th of November 2006. Ralph Danielski will take over the trading department from Harald Schnabel. The backing of the board of management will enable Mr. Harald Schnabel to intensify his activities in the areas of strategy and customer relationship management. Mr. Danielski possesses longtime and established experience in the brokerage business, which will contribute to enhance further the high level of services of EUWAX AG in the area of trading. Some of his professional stations have been: head of global product design fixed income of Deutsche Boerse Group-EUREX, Frankfurt (2003-2006), head of investment management unit of Banque Centrale du Luxembourg, Luxembourg (1998 – 2003), head of institutional asset management of Union Bank of Switzerland, Luxembourg (1998). Also in todays meeting the supervisory board has decided to extend the appointment of the board member Thomas Rosenmayer (IT department) beyond the 21th of November 2006.
