Eutelsat announces publication of UK prospectus in connection with London listing

Further to the announcement of its capital raise earlier today, Eutelsat (the “Company”), a global leader in satellite communications, confirms that the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has approved its UK Prospectus, which has been published. The Prospectus relates to the application for admission of its ordinary shares to the Equity Shares (International Commercial Companies Secondary Listing) category of the Official List of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

A copy of the Prospectus which is now available on the Company’s website at https://www.eutelsat.com/investors/investors, subject to certain access restrictions.

A copy of the Prospectus will also be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
