EUROTECH: CONCLUSO IL PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Amaro (Udine), 29 novembre 2025
In relazione al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 13 novembre 2025, Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech") rende noto di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 24 novembre 2025 e il 25 novembre 2025, n. 35.000 azioni ordinarie proprie (ISIN: IT0003895668), per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 31.088,25, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione deliberata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti in data 28 aprile 2025, completando così il programma che prevedeva l'acquisto di totali n. 70.000 azioni ordinarie.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.
Di seguito si riporta il dettaglio delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni ordinarie proprie su base aggregata giornaliera:

A seguito degli acquisti oggi comunicati, considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio, alla data odierna Eurotech detiene n. 288.606 azioni ordinarie proprie pari al 0,6565% del capitale sociale.

EUROTECH: CONCLUSION OF THE SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM
Amaro (Italy), 29 November 2025
With regard to the share buy-back program which was announced on November 13th 2025, Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech") announces that in the period between November 24th 2025 and November 25th 2025, it purchased no. 35,000 treasury shares (ISIN: IT0003895668), for a total countervalue of Euro 31,088.25, pursuant to the authorization resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 28th 2025, thus completing the program that provided for the purchase of a total of 70,000 ordinary shares.
Such transactions have been carried out through the intermediary Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.
Details of the purchase of treasury shares on an aggregated daily basis are shown below:

In accordance with Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Delegated Regulation (UE) no. 1052/2016, are attached hereto the information regarding the purchase transactions carried out during the aforementioned period, in detailed form and on a daily basis.
Following the purchases disclosed today, taking into account the treasury shares already in the portfolio, as of today, Eurotech holds no. 288,606 treasury shares, equal to 0.6565% of the share capital.
