Amaro (Udine), 29 marzo 2022 – Eurotech S.p.A. rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della Società, convocata per il giorno 28 aprile 2022, in unica convocazione, è disponibile presso la sede legale, è stato pubblicato in data odierna sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com (alla sezione Investitori/Informazioni Azionisti), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito , ed è stato inoltre pubblicato, per estratto, sul quotidiano "Italia Oggi" in data odierna.

Le Relazioni illustrative degli Amministratori su tutti i punti all'ordine del giorno, nonché il documento informativo relativo al piano di incentivazione basato su azioni che sarà sottoposto all'approvazione della predetta Assemblea ai sensi dell'art. 114-bis del D.Lgs. 58/1998, sono disponibili presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com alla sezione Investitori/Informazioni Azionisti e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito . L'ulteriore documentazione che sarà sottoposta all'Assemblea verrà messa a disposizione del pubblico, con le medesime modalità, nei termini previsti dalla legge e indicati nell'avviso di convocazione.

Eurotech: Notice of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting and Publication of the Directors' Report on all items on the agenda

Amaro (Italy), 29 March 2022 - Eurotech S.p.A. announces that the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 28th, 2022 in single call, has been published on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (Investors/Shareholder's Meeting section) as well as on the authorized storage mechanism available at , and it has also been published as an extract in the newspaper "Italia Oggi", today edition.

The directors' report on all items on the agenda, as well as the information document concerning the sharebased incentive plan that will be submitted to the approval of the said Meeting pursuant to art. 114-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, are available at the registered office, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com under section Investors/Shareholders Meeting section and on the authorized storage mechanism available at . The additional documentation that will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public, in the same manner, within the terms established by the law and indicated in the notice of call.
