Amaro, 14 Aprile 2022 – In vista dell'Assemblea degli azionisti convocata per il giorno 28 aprile 2022, in unica convocazione, Eurotech S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com (sezione Investitori / Informazioni azionisti) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio , accessibile all'indirizzo , la proposta che il socio Emera S.r.l., nei termini e con le modalità previste nell'avviso di convocazione e nella relazione illustrativa del consiglio di amministrazione, ha formulato all'Assemblea con riferimento all'integrazione del collegio sindacale.
Si rende altresì noto che sul sito internet della Società www.eurotech.com (sezione Investitori / Informazioni azionisti) sono disponibili i nuovi moduli di delega con le istruzioni di voto al rappresentante designato Spafid S.p.A., aggiornati con riferimento alla suindicata proposta di deliberazione..

Eurotech: Shareholders' meeting for April 28, 2022 – Publication of the Resolution proposal concerning the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors
Amaro (Italy), April 14th, 2022 – In view of the Shareholders' Meeting called for April 28, 2022, in single call, Eurotech S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the resolution proposal with regard to the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors, made by the shareholder Emera S.r.l. within the term and with the modalities provided by the call notice as well as by the illustrative report of the Board of Directors, is available at the registered office of the Company, on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (section Investors / Shareholders' Information section) and on the authorized storage mechanism , on the website .
It is also announced that the new proxy forms, containing voting instructions for the appointed representative Spafid S.p.A. and updated with respect to the above resolution proposal, are now available on the Company's website www.eurotech.com (section Investors / Shareholders' Information section).
