Eurotech: l'azionista di maggioranza relativa Emera S.r.l. ha effettuato un primo versamento in conto futuro aumento di capitale pari ad Euro 1,5 milioni.
Amaro (Udine), 10 febbraio 2025 – Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech" o la "Società"), facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data 5 febbraio u.s., rende noto che in data 7 febbraio u.s. l'azionista di maggioranza relativa Emera S.r.l. ha effettuato a favore di Eurotech un primo versamento in conto futuro aumento di capitale pari ad Euro 1,5 milioni.

("Eurotech" or the "Company"), following up the announcement made on February 5, 2025, announces that on February 7, 2025, the relative majority shareholder Emera S.r.l. made an initial payment to Eurotech as future capital increase of Euro 1.5 million.
