Amaro (Italy), 14 April 2020 – With reference to the Prime Minister's Decree published in the Official Journal on April 11, Eurotech announces that its ATECO code is among those added to the list of companies exempt from the suspension of activities, as reported in Annex 3 of the decree. Therefore, the assembly, testing and shipping activities performed at the plant in Amaro will return to full operation within the current week. The health of employees will continue to be protected as already done in recent days using the health devices provided for by the regulations to combat and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the workplace. All other activities (such as commercial, marketing, development and administrative activities) will continue in smart working mode for a few more weeks, in compliance with government guidelines for the promotion of remote work and social distancing.
The continuity of the central functions for the management of the Group and the coordination of activities at a global level remains guaranteed.
All foreign subsidiaries of the Group (USA, Japan, UK and France) are currently operating and using smart working, always in accordance with the regulations issued by the respective countries.
