THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS EXPRESSES ITS VIEWS ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE BODY THAT THE FORTHCOMING SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING WILL BE CALLED UPON TO APPOINT
Amaro (Udine), March 4, 2026 – The Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A. (the “Company”), in compliance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies, has expressed—taking into account the outcomes of the self-assessment process—its guidance on the quantitative and qualitative composition considered optimal for the new Board.
With the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2025, the mandate of the current Board of Directors will expire, and the shareholders will therefore be called, among other matters, to appoint a new governing body.
