EUROTECH: AVVICENDAMENTO NELLA CARICA DI PRESIDENTE DEL COMITATO PER LE NOMINE E LA REMUNERAZIONE
Amaro (UD), 22 marzo 2021 – Il consiglio di amministrazione di Eurotech S.p.A., riunitosi in data odierna, a seguito delle dimissioni dell'amministratore indipendente Laura Rovizzi dalla carica di Presidente del Comitato per le Nomine e la Remunerazione – non essendo l'impegno richiesto per l'assolvimento dell'incarico di Presidente compatibile con gli attuali impegni professionali della consigliera Rovizzi -, ha provveduto ad attribuire tale carica all'amministratore indipendente Maria Grazia Filippini, già membro di tale Comitato. L'amministratore Laura Rovizzi resta comunque membro del Comitato per le Nomine e la Remunerazione.
Il Comitato per le Nomine e la Remunerazione resta pertanto composto dagli stessi membri: Susanna Curti, Laura Rovizzi e Maria Grazia Filippini, con quest'ultima che assume il ruolo di Presidente in luogo della consigliera Rovizzi.

EUROTECH: CHANGE IN THE POSITION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE APPOINTMENTS AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
Amaro (ITALY) – March 22nd , 2021 – The Board of Directors of Eurotech S.p.A., which met today, following the resignation of the independent director Laura Rovizzi from the position of Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee - since the commitment required for the performance of the office of Chairman is not compatible with the current professional commitments of the director Rovizzi - has assigned this position to the independent director Maria Grazia Filippini, already a member of this Committee. Director Laura Rovizzi remains a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
Therefore, the Appointments and Remuneration Committee is still made up of the same members: Susanna Curti, Laura Rovizzi and Maria Grazia Filippini, with the latter assuming the role of Chairman in place of the director Rovizzi.
