Amaro (Italy), 25 March 2021 – Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech" or the "Company"), in addition to and clarifying the press release issued on 24 March with reference to the resignation of CEO Roberto Siagri, specifies that the latter has decided to resign due to purely personal considerations. The Company reached a consensual agreement, which made it possible to start the search for a new Chief Executive Officer, and can rely on the soundness of the current management team.
It should also be noted that the economic agreement relating to these resignations was entered into by Eurotech availing itself of the faculty, provided for by the remuneration policy, to sign agreements with the directors that regulate ex ante the economic aspects in the event of termination of office. As already stated in the above-mentioned press release, it should be remembered that the approval of said agreement by the Board of Directors was preceded by the unanimous favourable opinions of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and the Related Parties Committee, having consulted the Board of Statutory Auditors.
