Amaro (Italy), July 29, 2020 – Eurotech's Board of Directors, which met today under the chairmanship of Mr. Patrizio Mapelli, appointed the new head of the Internal Audit function in the person of Mr. Salvatore De Masi. The Board also appointed the new Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in the persons of Stefano Fruttarolo, Salvatore De Masi and Patrizia Stona, the latter as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
