Europris ASA: Invitation to Capital Markets Day 5 December 2018

Fredrikstad, 26 November 2018: Europris ASA (OSE: EPR) is pleased to invite

shareholders, investors, analysts, media and other stakeholders to its Capital

Markets Day (CMD).

Date: Wednesday 5 December 2018

Time: 08:30 - 15:00 CET

Location: Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, 0250 Oslo, Norway

Europris will provide an update on the company's strategy and financial

development and discuss the market and company outlook. The full-day event will

include presentations by CEO Pål Wibe, CFO Espen Eldal, and by Pål Christian

Andersen, Logistics Director at Europris. The event will also include a

management presentation of ÖoB.

A lunch will be served following the presentation section of the CMD. All

participants are then invited to a site visit to the Europris store at

Lambertseter in Oslo for a hands-on experience of the Europris store concept and

more informal discussions with members of the group management. Bus transport

will be provided.

2018. Please provide your name, company and contact information. Please also

indicate if you will join the lunch and the site visit.

Program:

08:30 - 09:00: Breakfast and registration

09:00 - 11:30: Presentations

11:30 - 12:15: Lunch

12:30 - 15:00: Site visit

Bus transport to the site visit is expected to depart at 12:30 CET and to return

to point of departure at around 15:00 CET. The departure point is within a short

walking distance from Felix Konferansesenter.

The presentations will be held in English and transferred via live webcast, to

be made available through the company's website www.europris.no/corporate. It

will be possible to ask questions via the webcast. All presentations will be

made available for download on the website on the day of the event.
