Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Europris ASA

The board of directors of Europris ASA has decided to propose to the Annual

General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2020 of NOK 2.20 per share. To reflect

the strong financial performance in an extraordinary year, the board proposes to

pay an additional dividend of NOK 0.50 per share for 2020. In total, the

proposed dividend is NOK 2.70 per share.
