Europris ASA (EPR) has been notified that the following transaction has been

completed on 15 May 2023, by a primary insider in Europris ASA.

Spæren Invest AS has today sold 150,000 shares in Europris ASA for an average

price of NOK 76.37 per share. Spæren Invest AS is closely associated with Knut

Spæren, VP international sourcing and primary insider in Europris ASA.

After the purchase, Knut Spæren holds 137,387 shares in Europris ASA.
