completed on 13 July 2023, by a primary insider in Europris ASA.

Nordkronen II AS has today sold 120,000 shares in Europris ASA for an average

price of NOK 65.88 per share. Nordkronen II AS is closely associated with Pål

Wibe, director and primary insider in Europris ASA.

After the purchase, Pål Wibe (Nordkronen II AS) holds 288,572 shares in Europris

ASA.
