On 30 January 2020, Nordkronen II AS has sold 1,600,000 shares in Europris ASA

at an average share price of NOK 32.19 per share. Nordkronen II AS is 100 per

cent owned by Pål Wibe, CEO and primary insider in Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Nordkronen II AS will own 408,572 shares in Europris

ASA.
