an average share price of NOK 48,78 per share. Eketoppen Holding AS is 100 per

cent owned by Jon Boye Borgersen, VP Commercial and primary insider in Europris

ASA.

Following this transaction, Eketoppen Holding AS will own 190,252 shares in

Europris ASA.
