On 15 July 2020, Eketoppen Holding AS has sold 73,585 shares in Europris ASA at

an average share price of NOK 46.21 per share. Eketoppen Holding AS is 100 per

cent owned by Jon Boye Borgersen, VP Commercial and primary insider in Europris

ASA.

Following this transaction, Eketoppen Holding AS will own 116,667 shares in

Europris ASA.
