On 6 November 2020, Sletten Invest AS has sold 100,000 shares in Europris ASA at

an average share price of NOK 51.39 per share. Sletten Invest AS is 100 per cent

owned by Tommy Sletten, sales manager and primary insider in Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Sletten Invest AS will own 100,000 shares in

Europris ASA.
