On 12 July 2019 Wilskow Holding AS has sold 55,000 shares in Europris ASA at an

average share price of NOK 26,62 per share. Wilskow Holding AS is 100% owned by

Petter Chr Wilskow, Legal Director and primary insider in Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Wilskow Holding AS will not own shares in Europris

ASA.
