Europris ASA: Resignation of director

Fredrikstad, 30 October 2024

Mr. Claus Juel-Jensen has given the board of Europris ASA the notice that he

will resign as director from today. Mr. Juel-Jensen regrets this, but

unfortunately he has to prioritise other engagements.

"I would like to thank you all for an educational time on the board and for

being part of the successful growth story of Europris. I'm sure that the group

will experience continued success, especially with the acquisition of ÖoB in

Sweden and I'm looking forward to following this in the years to come," says Mr.

Juel-Jensen.

"I would like to thank Claus for his commitment and valuable contributions over

several years, both on the board and the audit committee. I wish him all the

best for the future," says chair of the board, Mr. Tom Vidar Rygh.
