Europcar Group strengthens its organization

• New Definition of Management Board members' responsibilities
• Nominations following this definition:
• o Jean-Claude Poupard appointed Europcar Group Chief Financial Officer
• o Raoul Colantoni appointed Europcar Italy Managing Director
• o Gary Smith appointed Europcar UK Managing Director.
• Appointment of Franck Rohard as Europcar Group General Secretary.

Following the announcement of the project of the new organization by business unit on July 25, 2016, the Europcar Group, European leader in vehicle rental services and a major mobility player, has allocated the set-up of its Management Board in order to optimize the roll out of its strategy.

Management Board members' roles have been redefined and they will focus on their new Group responsibilities:

• Philippe Germond, CEO
• Caroline Parot, Deputy CEO
• Kenneth McCall, Deputy CEO, Countries and Operations
• Fabrizio Ruggiero, Deputy CEO, Sales, Marketing, Customers & InterRent

Jean-Claude Poupard, current Operational Finance and Risk Group Director, is appointed Europcar Group Chief Financial Officer. Jean-Claude joined Europcar as Group Treasury Director in February 2011. Previously, he was Finance Treasury Deputy Director in Kering (previously PPR). He also held various positions in debt capital market department of the banking sector.

Raoul Colantoni is appointed Managing Director for Italy. Raoul joined Europcar Group in 2011 as Finance Director for Europcar Italy. Previously, he held several roles in car rental companies as Finance Director.

Gary Smith is appointed Managing Director for the UK. Gary joined Europcar Group in 2012 as UK Finance Director. Previously, he had occupied a number of financial and operational positions within the car rental industry, both at a Group level and at the UK division.

Finally, Franck Rohard, is appointed Europcar Group General Secretary. Prior joining Europcar Group in July 2015, Franck Rohard held the position of Group General Counsel of SFR (Group). Franck has also a significant knowledge of the tourism industry.
