Europcar Groupe's Combined General Meeting of May 10, 2016: availability of documents
Europcar Groupe (Euronext Paris: EUCAR) informs its shareholders that its Combined Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May10, 2016 at 10:00 am at La Ferme du Manet, 61, avenue du Manet – 78180 Montigny-le-Bretonneux.
The preliminary notification to the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting, containing the agenda of the meeting and the draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 1st, 2016 and is available on Europcar Groupe's website (http://finance.europcar-group.com/). The convening notice will be published in the BALO on April 20, 2016 and will also be available on Europcar Groupe's website.
Documents and information relating to this Shareholders' General Meeting, and in particular the information referred to in article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available to the shareholders from April 19, 2016 at Europcar Groupe's registered office (2, rue René Caudron, Bâtiment OP, 78960 Voisins-le-Bretonneux) or upon request at BNP PARIBAS Securities Services (at the following address: CTS Assemblées Générales – Les Grands Moulins de Pantin – 9, rue du Débarcadère, 93761 Pantin Cedex) under the conditions provided for by the law. A major part of this information is mentioned in the Europcar Groupe 2015 Registration Document filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers on April 14, 2016 and on its website (http://finance.europcar-group.com/) in accordance with article R.225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code.
