EuropaCorp announces the release of its Reference document 2013/2014

Saint-Denis, 23 July 2014 – The EuropaCorp (FR0010490920) Reference document for 2013/2014 was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 22 July 2014 under number D.14-0796.

The French-language document has been made available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and may be viewed at and downloaded from the Group's website at the following address: www.europacorp-corporate.com under the Publications – Periodical Financial Reports section.

Deloitte & Associés has resigned from its engagement, effective as from the general shareholders' meeting that will vote on the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2014. Moreover, as Ledouble's engagement is coming to an end, a new firm will be chosen.

Copies of the document are also available at the company headquarters (20 rue Ampère, 93413 Saint-Denis Cedex, France).

The Reference Document includes in particular:

• the full-year financial statements;
• the Chairman's report on the corporate governance and internal control procedures;
• the auditors' report and information concerning their fees.
