EuropaCorp sold its French television activity

Saint-Denis, January 15th, 2018 – In accordance with the announcement made on November 17th 2017, the French TV activity has been sold to the company Storia whose President is Thomas Anargyros and with the support of Mediawan group.

EuropaCorp has thereby finalized the sale of the business assets related to the French television production activity for a price of €11 million.

As already announced EuropaCorp retains interest in its US television business and is not selling this activity. The Company will continue to produce and distribute English-language TV series with strong international potential, such as the series Taken whose second season is currently in production.
