Changes in the EuropaCorp Board of Directors

Paris, 7 March 2012 : During its March 6 meeting, the EuropaCorp Board of directors appointed Patrice Gassenbach as an independent director, in place of Gérard Van Kemmel, whose resignation has been registered.

The EuropaCorp Board of Directors is delighted to welcome this new member.

The appointment of Patrice Gassenbach who will be member of the audit committee, will be referred to the next EuropaCorp General Meeting for approval.
