Paris, 31 May 2011 – During its May 25 meeting, the EuropaCorp Board of directors confirmed the appointment of Didier Kunstlinger as the new representative of Front Line, and co-opted Françoise Nyssen as an independent director.
Françoise Nyssen holds a science degree and is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Urbanisme et de Rénovation Urbaine. Since 1987, Françoise Nyssen has been a partner and the Management Board Chairman at Editions Actes Sud. In addition to the knowledge gained through her role in the singular development of Editions Actes Sud, Françoise Nyssen will also contribute her experience of corporate management in the culture sector to EuropaCorp.
Didier Kunstlinger is currently an Advisor to the Executive Committee of the Martin Maurel Group and is one of the leading experts in cinema financing in France. He started his career at Banque OBC (a subsidiary of the ABN AMRO Group), where he rose to the position of Vice-CEO in June 2005, before moving to Fortis. He will be the standing representative of Front Line on the EuropaCorp Board, a position previously held by Jacques Rossi.
The EuropaCorp Board of Directors is delighted to welcome these two new members.
The appointment of Françoise Nyssen will be referred to the next EuropaCorp General Meeting for approval.
