Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, West Africa and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces that Bo Kroll, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 4,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.6500 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Kroll is beneficially interested in a total of 67,751,502 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.063% of the Company's issued share capital.
