Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We hereby and within the statutory term inform you that the Company's office has received a notification under Art. 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as follows:

• On January 5, 2026, Starcom Holding AD sold 3,957,400 shares to Eurohold Bulgaria AD under a repurchase agreement at a unit price of EUR 0.646 per share.
• According to the terms of the agreement, the maturity date is March 31, 2026, with a redemption price of EUR 0.653 per share.
• On January 6, 2026, Starcom Holding AD sold 10,979,400 shares to Eurohold Bulgaria AD under a repurchase agreement at a unit price of EUR 0.683 per share.
• According to the terms of the agreement, the maturity date is January 29, 2026, with a redemption price of EUR 0.692 per share.
