By Starcom Holding AD:

• On June 6, 2025 – Sale through a transfer agency of a total of 1,337,000 warrants issued by Eurohold Bulgaria AD;

By Euroins Insurance Company AD:

• On June 6, 2025 – Initial purchase under a repo agreement of 7,418,500 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.30 and maturity under the agreement – December 5, 2025 at a unit price of BGN 1.332.
