• On December 9, 2022 Purchase under a contract for a registration agency at a unit price of BGN 1,800;
• On December 12, 2022 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,195,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,260 and contract maturity – April 9, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,298;
• On December 12, 2022 Initial sale under a repo transaction contract with 756,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,260 and maturity under the contract – April 9, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,298.
