The WSE management board adopted on December 6, 2017 the resolution No. 1427/2017 on admission of 52,012,288 shares of EuroHold Bulgaria AD to trading on the WSE main market and on the designation of December 8, 2017 as their first day of trading. With the completion of this procedure, all 161,345,000 shares of the company were admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The company is in the procedure of a new capital increase on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia, after completion of which will be taken action on registration the new shares for trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
