On 18th of December 2017, successfully completed the subscription for the newly issued shares of Eurohold Bulgaria AD.
The amount received from the subscribed and fully paid shares amounted to BGN 47,034,780 which represents 89.7% of the shares offered for subscription. The lower limit, in order the subscription to be considered successful is 50% of the shares offered for subscription.
The company's equity was increased from BGN 161,345,000 to BG 197,525,600. On 22nd of December 2017 the Commercial Register registered the capital increase. The next steps before listing on the stock exchange are related with registration the new issue in the Central Depository and in the Financial Supervision Commission.
