By Starcom Holding AD:

• On January 12, 2023 Initial sale under a contract for a repo transaction with 320,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,250 and maturity under the contract – June 5, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,283;
• On January 12, 2023 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 5,577,200 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.875 and contract maturity – June 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.914.
