Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We hereby and within the statutory term inform you that the Company's office has received a notification under Art. 19 (1) of Regulation (EU) № 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, as follows:

• On January 9, 2026, Starcom Holding AD sold 553,600 shares to Eurohold Bulgaria AD under a repurchase agreement at a unit price of EUR 0.640 per share.

According to the terms of the agreement, the maturity date is April 9, 2026, with a redemption price of EUR 0.660 per share.

• On January 9, 2026, Starcom Holding AD sold 570,000 shares to Eurohold Bulgaria AD under a repurchase agreement at a unit price of EUR 0.700 per share.

According to the terms of the agreement, the maturity date is June 22, 2026, with a redemption price of EUR 0.723 per share.
