• On 21 June 2023 – Initial sale under a repurchase agreement with 1,561,611 shares at a price of BGN 1.242 per share and maturity under the contract – 21 December 2023 at a price of BGN 1.274 per share;

By IC EIG Re EAD:

• On 21 June 2022 – Initial purchase under a repurchase agreement with 530,998 shares at a price of BGN 1.242 per share and maturity under the contract – 21 December 2023 at a price of BGN 1.274 per share;
