By Starcom Holding AD:

• On December 21, 2022 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,534,900 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,230 and contract maturity – June 21, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,261;
• On December 22, 2022 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,534,900 shares at a unit price of BGN 1,250 and maturity under the contract – June 22, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 1,282.
