With this and in statutory deadline we inform you that in the registry of the Company were received the following notifications:

Notification from "Starcom Holding"AD under Article 19, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) №596 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Notification of Major Shareholdings:

As a result of disposal of 5,193,281 number of shares from the equity of "Eurohold Bulgaria"AD, with date of registration in Central Depository – 28 February 2017, the share of this shareholder was changed from 60.58% to 57.36% voting rights in the GMS of the company;

Notification of Major Shareholding from KJK II SICAV-SIF: As a result of disposal of shares from the equity of "Eurohold Bulgaria"AD, with date of registration in Central Depository – 28 February 2017, the share of this shareholder was changed from 9.47% to 12.69% voting rights in the GMS of the company.
