• On 11 April 2023 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,539,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.910 and contract maturity – October 6, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.964;
• On 11 April 2023 Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 1,872,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.940 and contract maturity – July 11, 2023 at a unit price of BGN 0.963;
