Directorate Change - Appointment of New Non-executive Director

The Board of Eurocell is pleased to announce that Sucheta Govil is to be appointed as a Non-executive Director, with effect from 1 October 2018.

Sucheta is currently Chief Marketing Officer of Royal DSM, the Dutch listed global science-based company that is active in nutrition, health and sustainable living. She has a strong background in business-to-business, consumer and digital marketing, with specific expertise gained in a range of sectors and companies, including GSK and PepsiCo.

Sucheta was a Non-executive Director at Domino Printing Sciences plc between November 2014 and its acquisition by Brother in June 2015.

Bob Lawson, Chairman of Eurocell, said, "I am delighted to welcome Sucheta to the Board. Her wealth of commercial and marketing experience from a wide range of companies and industries will provide real value as we continue to progress our strategic priorities".

Sucheta will be appointed to the Remuneration Committee, the Audit and Risk Committee, and the Nomination Committee.

There are no other disclosures to be made for Sucheta Govil under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
