issued by

ERB Hellas Funding Limited (formerly known as EFG Hellas Funding Limited)

(the "Issuer")

guaranteed by

Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (formerly known as EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A.)

(the "Guarantor")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Series C Preferred Securities that, on 9 July 2019 (the "Series C Redemption Date"), the Issuer shall redeem the Series C Preferred Securities in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Issuer (the "Articles"). As regards the Series C Preferred Securities, the relevant provisions of the Articles are summarised in the Prospectus dated 24 October 2005 (the "Series C Prospectus"). Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in the Series C Prospectus have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Accordingly, with effect on the Series C Redemption Date, the Series C Preferred Securities will be redeemed at the Optional Redemption Price, all as described in and subject as provided in the Series C Prospectus and the Articles.
