The Company’s Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company’s normal process for compilation and review of its financial statements was delayed. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 20-F will be filed on or before the 15 th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
