On or about October 1, 2021, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Registrant”) caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of September 27, 2021 copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 13, 2021, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 12, 2021 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
