On June 17, 2021, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend of an aggregate of $1,030,951 (the “Dividend”), to be paid to all holders of record as of June 28, 2021 of its outstanding ordinary shares. The Dividend is payable on July 6, 2021. As of June 28, 2021, the Company had 5,154,759 shares of its common stock outstanding.
