On or about August 28, 2020, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the "Registrant") caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of August 25, 2020 copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 5, 2020, and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on October 8, 2020 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
